Deferred Scheme Available for Marina Collection for 2018
From Jan 2018 we are announcing a revised 12 months Deferred Payment Scheme and also changed the Extended Option Scheme to 12 months.
SELECT PAYMENT SCHEME:
12 MONTHS DPS
Premium of 5% to be added to price for DPS.
Option To Purchase is issued upon receipt of 10% of purchase price.
Option is exercised upon receipt of 10% within 14 days from date of Option issued.
Stamp duty and ABSD (where applicable) is to be paid within 14 days from the date of exercise of the Option.
Upon Possession of your unit:
Purchaser upon proof of Stamp duty and/or ABSD paid will be issued the keys to the unit.
80% of purchase price is to be paid 12 months from the date of exercise of the Option.
The Title Deed of the said property will not be issued to the purchaser until full payment is received.
The purchaser will be responsible for the monthly maintenance once he/she has taken possession of the unit.
Should the purchaser not complete the sale within 12 months, the 20% will be forfeited
12 MONTHS EOS
Premium of 5% to be added to price for EOS.
Option To Purchase is issued upon receipt of 30% of purchase price. You can take possession.
Option to purchase is issued to you with an exercise period of 12 MONTHS. To exercise option, only pay 20% more.
Completion of Sale is 6 weeks from the date of exercise of the Option whereby you will pay the balance of 50%.
No BSD, No ABSD.
